The tax schedule rates are found at www.irs.gov and comes from the federal government. Called tax rate schedule. Most folks use the tax tables unless they make over 100k.
If you're looking for pricing on preparing the return, you will have to call a local office.
May want to check out Jackson Hewitt as well. They are ususally a little cheaper and in my opinion give you better servcie. Visit the website www.jacksonhewitt.com

Block's fees vary across the country and even within certain locales. There is no printed schedule that I know of.

Do you mean what they CHARGE or do you mean the TAX TABLES for the tax returns??? If you are looking for tax tables, go to the IRS.com and click on OFFICIAL SITE... there you can find all the forms, publications, instructions and TAX TABLES for your federal income tax return. If you need them for your STATE, just key in your state (google or Yahoo) and when it comes up, click on the OFFICIAL SITE and go to the Tax Department site or maybe it would be called revenue link on that website... I know that you can also for example key in New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (for New York state ONLY).. and their official website will pop up and click on the link to your specific tax return type (IT-150, IT-201, 203 --previous and prior years) or IT-203 current year).. and the tax tables will be in the INSTRUCTIONS link....

Nope. They vary by region and by time period. (The closer to April 15th the more expensive it is.) March is typically the best time to have them done fee wise.
