I recieved my credit report. I have a couple of judgments that are public record but they spell the name of the county wrong. Like Gramt Circuit Court, and it is, Grant Circuit court. if I dispute this, would it be removed for that reason??

It's possible, but it will just show up again the next month with the correct spelling.

Things that are true can not be removed from your credit report except by time.

You are welcome to dispute the incorrectness of the reporting. Guess what will happen ? They will correct the spelling and then it will be accurate.

Don't waste your time.
