Why does this Creator character have to be the Christian god? What proof is there of the Christian God (Yaweh,Jesus, Jehovah,Jeezus...whatever you call him) have over any other god? Where is this little Made by Jeezus sticker on everything?

Personally I'd rather worship the Pagan gods than the Christian god...Yahweh is a tyrant in my opinion.

That'd be funny if everyone was wrong, and it was really the Aztec gods who did the designing instead.
No, really, it's interesting how the Intelligent Design people try to make it sound like they don't claim to know who the designer is -- as if there's any doubt about which god these guys believe in.

Why should anyone trust in Christianity over Islam, Buddhism, Mormonism, or anything else? It is because there are absolute truths, because only in Christianity is there accurate fulfilled prophecies of a coming Messiah. Only in Christianity do we have the extremely accurate transmission of the eyewitness documents (gospels) so we can trust what was originally written. Only in Christianity do we have the person of Christ who claimed to be God, performed many miracles to prove His claim of divinity, who died and rose from the dead, and who said that He alone was the way the truth and the life (John 14:6). All this adds to the legitimacy and credibility of Christianity above all other religions -- all based on the person of Jesus. If follows that if it is all true about what Jesus said and did, then all other religions are false because Jesus said that He alone was the way, the truth, and the life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). It could not be that Jesus is the only way and truth and other religions also be the truth.
Either Jesus is true and all other religions are false, or other religions are true and Jesus is false. There are no other options. I choose to follow the risen Lord Jesus.

Because...we're in America? Seriously, whatever religion is dominant in a country is the religion that is considered right. Do you think that Christianity is considered right in the Middle East?
In the Far East, Christianity would have a hard time proving itself. Hinduism and Buddhism work there.
So, it rules by location. Think about it. If you were India, you'd be complaining about Hinduism more.

If living organisms were intelligently designed then you have to wonder about the mentality of an entity who makes so many creatures which can only exist by eating other creatures... often in the most gruesome and agonizing ways.
