How come it is hard to find anything on crimes committed by people who work in the judicial system? Is this kept hush hush because of the back lash it could cause? It seems like every time I look at CNN there is a story about some police officer or lawyer or judge who has been charged with breaking the law yet there is no info I can find when I google how much of this really goes on! I have read though that less then half of the crimes committed by these people are actually reported! I know they are human beings to but if you take that oath then you should be held to a higher standard then the general population! Because these people have the ability to ruin a persons life on a whim if they want! I know from from people that I know that work in the system and others that have been charged with B.S. (and I know it is B.S.!) because it makes they official look good even though it is at the expense of anothers life! I know there are a lot of honest ones out there but there are bad ones!

WOW! I like the defensiveness taken by a couple of people here! LOL Your right about the teachers by the way and they should also be held to higher standards too! But what I am saying is that someone who has taken an oath to up hold the LAW should automatically be held to a higher standard when it comes to breaking it!!! Because if they don't know the law then they shouldn't be enforcing it!!! I am saying that if you hold a position in any part of the judicial system and you break the law then you knowingly did it and should face harsher punishment! If this scares would be power trippers then I would rather have less of them but better ones! You think that there isn't enough and that we are struggling to get crime under control well let me enlighten you! Why do crime rates increase even though there are more and more people hired to control it? It is because they are not doing a good job and in a lot of cases actually contributing to it!!!

I'm not sure if you are refering to anyone in particular, but I kinda got this feeling that you are refering to Bobby Cutts Jr. My bf wants to be a journalist. He's taking online classes for freelance writing and he got some info on Bobby. How I don't know. He wouldn't tell me. Anyway, all I know is that he told me Bobby's cousin was arrested in drug charges back in 03 I believe he said. He had a gun that belonged to Bobby. Now I know it could have been taken from him, but if he was an officer don't you think he would have known the gun was missing? He was kicked off the force, but then later reinstated after he fought it.

Are you looking for police, justices, DA's, prosecuting attorneys? All of them? Best way is to google it and then research through records.

I know that you are having a hard time finding this but maybe its the way you are wording the searches, try alternates. Once you do find some "dirt" research it, don't assume its fact till you are able to have testimonies at court cases, etc.

A therapist and/or counselor are certain by utilising commonplace practitioner/affected person priveledge. the only time this is many times breached is that if suggestions with regard to the skill to harm somebody else. If the councelor is feeling that somebody is in threat, they're obligated by utilising regulation to rfile the suggestions. i'm optimistic that the decide is reviewing the suggestions to make certain if there's a genuine prompt threat. If there is, then he will enable the therapist/councelor to "testify" on behalf of the prosecution. if your boyfriend thinks that's incorrect, he needs to touch a criminal expert and locate out what is going on. He has the splendid to locate that out. they'll extra powerful be waiting to describe it to him.
