I made it last night, it worked really well and was definately one of the nicest ways of jazzing chicken up.

YES ! Long ago (1990) there was a Sunset Magazine Asian Cookbook that had a recipe... smoking it in a wok with a mix of tea, peppercorns, and spice... rather tasty

I haven't tried chicken, but I have tried duck and salmon, and it was absolutely FAB!!! Pretty easy to do at home as well
