The "easiest" and quickest way to lose weight is to do cardio. Keep walking--that's good. You may even want to step it up to a power walk where you walk as fast as you can. This burns more calories. Diet helps too. No refined sugar....which translates to: no soda, no sugar, no doughnuts, no cookies, cakes or pies, and no candy! Try to stear clear of sugary cereal too! Captin Crunch may sound yummy but it is all sugar which turns into fat!! Eat lots of vegetables and chicken. I would advice you to only eat red meat once or twice a month. Your body will get the necessary protein from the chicken. Fish is great too! It has a lot of Omega-3! Eat fruit as a snack when you are at work. I hope this helps and have a good day!

I know what you mean??
Everytime I try and lose weight....I never lose a pound!
I learned that thats the weight i'm supposed to weigh and I wasn't SUPPOSED to lose weight!!
Exercising, eating right, and not stressing is the biggest advice I can give you.....annoying; right?
But thats pretty much all I can tell you
you DO stay active....thats good!!
Maybe when you walked...you gained muscle and thats why you didn't lose any weight...the weight you lost you gained back by gaining muscle mass.
I don't know if this will help: but it's not how much you weigh...it's how much your clothes fit (like if you lost weight your pants would feel bigger!)

i recommend exercise activities. its a natural way to lose weight. pills, i find to just cause more troubles, as many have side effects. 45 min walks every day is a good start. however to truly b EXERCISING, u must exercise to the point of near exhaustion. you must exert full force, to and maintain that level you reach whilst engaging in a physical activity. just follow the basic rules of exercising. F.I.T.T. frequency, intensity, time and type.
you must exercise, so you feel the pain, and maintain that level, so that you will learn to endure it with ease. then keep doing it. you will significantly benefit from this method. you will burn away a lot of fat. like on the biggest loser. the trainers push the contestants to the point of exhaustion, which has helped the contestants lose a lot of weight. the exercising routine must be frequent, to maintain specific level of fitness.

I would first go to your doctor if you haven't already and get some tests done to rule out any type of genetic condition you may have. Next would be to reduce your daily caloric intake and eat healthy proportionate meals each day. Drinks lots of water and keep on working out. good luck

read Dr. Fuhrman's "Eat to Live" book. I gave off by his diet. And still go on it. Not to loose weight but to stay healthy. By that diet you never get "starving" but loose weight. It also improves your immune system. It helped me a lot with my spring allergies too.
