*.balanced healthy diet.
* Weight training 2 times a week.
*Visiting the doctors( dentists and others) atleast twice a year...
*Takin shower everyday...
*Keeping myself away from addicting drugs and smoke

Elliptical machine for 35 min. a day keeping heart rate between 145-160. I need to add some weight training though. I need to tone a bit.

Swimming (not floating around in the pool or lake). It uses every muscle in the body and the reduced gravity is good for your heart. Also water aerobics.

i go to the gym 4-6 times a weeks and eat a regimented healthy (BALANCED) diet
