Over the past several months, My sister doesn't seem to understand my E-Mails that are simple.
1. E-Mail-----I sent Gini an E-mail that went to you.
2. E-Mail-----I said I sent it to Gini by mistake (about her not
moving & (Sandy) on the internet.
These are very simple. Is there some under lying problem or maybe a head injury of some sort.

Yes, you have suffered a head injury. Seek medical help for your poor communication shills.
1. E-mail---- I mistakenly sent Gini an E-mail that was intended for you.
2. E-mail---- I said it was sent to Gini by mistake. It was about her not moving and (I have no idea what you are trying to say here).
a) You have an open parenthesis before "about" and no close.
b) "& (Sandy) on the internet." is meaningless.
c) If you "sent" an E-mail to Gini then you sent it to Gini. If the E-mail "went" to your sister then you must have sent it to her. These phrases meant he same thing. You are confusing the words.

Trying using english next time you send an e-mail. you are not getting charged by the word.
