neutrogena visibly clear series is the best for acne. it is simple to use. i recommend the exfoliating wash followed by the cleansing lotion and a topical solution called dalacin c which is not part of the neutrogena range but very effective and less likely to dry out your skin like other benezyl based products.

You should go to a dermatologist. They will give you your own personalized prescriptions with what will work best for you and your skin type. To clear them up make sure you are not putting too much make up on your nose to cover them up, also, if you do put makeup on them make sure its oil free. Also, at all means, avoid touching your face!
