Over the past several months, My sister doesn't seem to understand my E-Mails that are simple.
1. E-Mail-----I sent Gini an E-mail that went to you.
2. E-Mail-----I said I sent it to Gini by mistake (about her not
moving & (Sandy) on the internet.
These are very simple. Is there some under lying problem or maybe a head injury of some sort.

I'm not sure by looking at this that I understand what's going on. And perhaps their over-simplicity is the problem. I think there's a lot of information you left out and the brevity is what's causing the problem. Because I find them confusing.

Perhaps the first email would have been better understood if you'd said, "I sent Gini an email about...... Sorry it went to you instead."

The second one I can't even figure out. You sent what to Gini by mistake, the email that should have gone to your sister? Or one that should have gone to someone else? Moving physically? Or moving their email address on the Internet? Or what?

Quite frankly, I think it's your communication style that's causing the problem. Learn to say everything you mean, provide fillers and context, and you might find yourself less misunderstood.

That is no worse than 50% of the answers on here; just poor grammer and sentence construction, She's probably not paying much attention to what you write plus does not use spell check and grammer check in her replies. Don't worry!

Good luck with your beloved sister, good health, peace and love!.

Suggest you forget it and just put it behind you. If she has an underlying problem, it will come out in other ways and then you can deal with it.
