Don't do it. Most people prefer smooth chests, and so many hairy guys are out there getting electrolysis to remove hair and some shave their chests and legs too. Look at the swimmers, bikers, and bodybuilders.
Just work out and build up your chest so it'll be awesome.
Maybe when you get older more hairs will grow, but I'd say enjoy your youth and don't think anotherr second about getting a hairy chest. You'll get it kissed and licked more if it's not hairy.
If you insist, I've heard castor oil on the eyelashes makes them grow, but that's prob. an "old wives' tale". If you're not genetically predisposed to be hairy, be glad!

You have few good answers and advise but if you must have to have hair, then you need to know and understand a thing or two about the hair growth.

The shape of the hair is very slightly conical. Larger at the skin and smaller at the perturbing end. Most people have fuzz all over the body, but fuzz is delicate and in most cases, by rubbing hard or gentle, slight but constant rubbing, it gets pulled out (most man have no hair on the leg where the pant rubbes constantly while walking or any dailly constant activity.

So if you shave off the fuzz, then it may grow little more and activate the growth to some extent, note shaving the hair as a rule activates the hair growth.

New growth will be larger in diameter and so it will be more visible, then the present fuzz.

You may not like it after a while. It can trap dirt, and uric acid crystels and the derms, causing a faul body ouder, it need more care to keep body clean.

Try not to worry about it because I have never dated a woman who complained about my smooth chest. I used to get embarrassed when I would meet my friends at the beach since they all had chest hair so I thought I must look like one of their kids. However, I am in my 30s now and most of these guys are battling back hair or balding and I can still account for all of my hair - it might not be on my chest but it isn't on my back either.

You can't do anything to encourage chest hair. Chest hair is a genetic thing. At 18 it may come a little later or you may not ever have any. A good indication would be your father. If he doesn't have a hairy chest, you probably won't either.

Chest hair is genetic. The men in my family have no hair on their chests and none will until one of us women folk marry a hairy beast (like I did). Most men don't want a hairy chest, just be happy you don't have one. Once your chest gets hairy your back may start to go as well, and that is not at all a happy place to be.

you be attentive to hair is a demonstration of masculinity yet whilst it is too lots it is gross LOL. My husband has bushy hands and legs yet his chest in simple terms has a splash on the middle and that little course from his abdomen down. It drives me nuts!!! If he had various hair like on his returned and lots extra on his front ... that doesn't be so warm. some females do unlike hair in any respect!!! i think of that men that shave are fruity. except that's a type of fellows that are severe muscular and shave yet men are think to be hairier than females!!!
