Hmm, it's puzzling.
From the way you use English, my guess would be that you are a native English speaker, or were raised bilingual. Unfortunately that doesn't really narrow it down--there are too many countries where English is one of the native languages.
You specify that you are not in N. America, which could be taken one of two ways. It could signify that you are in the Americas, and simply not in N. America, which rules out Canada and the US, or it could simply be a way of ruling out two of the largest countries in the world where English is spoken.
I guess I just have to take a wild guess. My wild guess is that you are from American Samoa. Either there, or Puerto Rico.
