If they don't have a book, how could they possibly hope to even begin to think about leading some sort of moral lifestyle?

Well their Bible isn't going to serve them too well in that regard. Slavery, anyone? Putting disobedient children to death? Wiping out entire cities because a few people there don't agree with you? Stoning sexually active young women? Very moral, I must say.

The main one is the Bible, but other sects within the Christian religion have other books, such as the Book of Mormon for the LDS Church.

There is also a lot of tradition and cultural aspects of Christian countries just like any other country. You can see this in many other religions including Islam, Buddhism, and Judaism.

It's called the Bible, and the 10 Commandments are found in Exodus. There are also moral codes described in Phillipians, Colossians, Ephesians, etc.
If you think Christians think sex is dirty, try reading Song Of Solomon. That book glorifies sex and describes it as something beautiful.
The Beatitudes (Matthew, Chapter 5) also describes standards by which we try to live.
