I don't think there's a French equivalent for 'u', considering it's not a word. I'll give a few of them a go though.
1. J'ai avait des profs bon(ne)s avant, mais ce n'est pas un personne comme toi.
2. T'es le prof meilleur(e), t'es unique
3. T'es plus gentile comme un soeur a votre étudiantes
4. T'es parfait en toute les subjets.
5. T'es un prof parfait et un personne parfait qu'est très compatissant.
6. Je ne sais pas comment je vais continuer étudier le francais sans votre apprendre
7. Je me commence avec ta apprendes,

If you wrote it correctly in English, you could run it through Babelfish or freetranslations.com with reasonable results.
