you have a good weight for being 5'3. but if u really want to lose weight. usually eating within your daily calorie consumption and working out, helps you knock off a few pounds. dont starve yourself, you'll only gain it back, once you start eating again.

You sound anorexic. Your weight is the lowest you are alowed to have. Really, you are too thin. Trust me, if you lose more weight you will either have a problem with anorexia or you will gain back double that, especially if you lose it by eating too little, because you will not be burning fat but muscle, so you will destroy your body and your metabolism. At your age, what you can do to lose a few pounds healthily and keep them off, and have a beautiful body even with the same weight, is exercise, exercise, and exercise. Find a hobby you like, like jogging, tennis, dancing, etc. and do it an hour every other day. Then, avoid fast food, chips and pizza. That's all, trust me.

Well, i'm skinny so my advice may or may not be of use, but I believe that when it comes to food, it isn't how much you eat, but rather what you eat. If you lose weight by depriving your hunger, you will get it back as your body is trying to regain itself from lack of food. Just eat things eat a lot of veggies, water, and a little excersice could never hurt. Hope that helps.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Well, I'm your age, 5'0 I'm in good shape. There are so many deits out there. Try a low-card diet. Stay away from carbs(bread, cereal, wheat products.) Eat meat, but don't cook it in gallons of grease, you know? Drink lots of water(it helps with skin too)! Veggies are good, too. Trust me there are lots of vegetable and meat dishes that are great. Try starting out with some crunches everyday. Start with as many as your able to do, and over time, it'll go up.
But! Trust me, 95 is too low. Have you ever heard of a BMI calculator? Go look one up. It'll show you what average is, basically. For your height, I'd say 105-110 should be your ideal goal, considering I don't know your body shape, you know?
Just stay away from sweets, sodas, and wheat!
:)

At 13 your body is still growing and everyone needs to eat a proper diet no matter what the age however try using a smaller dinner plate and eating smaller portions, also cut out all soda...it is just liquid fat!!! As far as what foods you should eat ...grapefruit [without sprinkling sugar on it of course] is an excellent fat burner and exercise, exercise, exercise!! Good Luck and remember that real beauty is what is on the inside , not outside.

The best thing is to make an effort to eat a healthy diet. foods from the food pyramid, but here is the more important part...exercise exercise exercise...to raise your metabolism and feel healthy. Don't go overboard with eating too much but don't starve yourself either. Healthy diet and exercise together thats the key. Lots of fruits and vegetables....
