I often see this used at the end of Pagan messages, does it have specific meaning?

Interesting, reminds me of the 3 stages of life described in the riddle of the Sphinx. Fascinating thank you all serious answers.

It's the triple moon, the waxing moon, the full moon, and the waning moon. Each stage represents the goddess in her three stages, and the three stages of a woman's life. Maiden, mother and crone. In the first stage, a woman is still a girl, she's not quite yet to adult hood, and this is represented by ). In the middle stage of her life, she is a mother, and is represented by o or 0. In the last stage of her life, she is an all knowing crone, and is waxing into the next life, represented by (.

The symbol represents the three aspects of the Goddess as seen as phases of the moon. The ")" represents the Maiden as the waxing moon. The "O" represents the Mother with Her womb full of life at full moon. And the "(" represents the Crone as the waning moon, in the decline of her life but full of knowledge.

Additionally I have yet to find keystrokes that are good representations for the God of the Wiccans whom is usually depicted as Cernunnos, Herne, or Pan

It is the symbol of the Goddess, just like Christians have their cross or fish, we have symbols too...
It is the full moon with the waning and waxing moons each side, it represents the triple aspect of the Goddess...
