I weight 120 lbs and I wanna be...say 95 lbs.I just want to get a flat tummy and skinnier legs.How can I do that in a month????

swim....or just stay in the pool. forget about crunches. all they will do is make your stomach look bigger because they build abdominal muscles which make your stomach look bigger. swimming will also tone your legs.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Hey darlz... my friend was exactly the same but she weighed about 150 lbs she is now 80 and is heaps fit. Her things were
+Excercise everyday the morning is a fantastic time to do it cause you loose more weight in the morning
+If you have any excercise equipment use that

What i am doing is like i wrote on my computer and printed a excercise plan e..g monday treadmill for 1hr .. That keeps you on tracl, W/e you do dont skip brekkie people who skip brekkie seem to put on the weight. Um..what else. Minimise your calorie intake, have days where you eat no junk food. For brekkie porridge is fantastic it like weighs nothing and is great for protein and energy and many other things..

Just remember its not hard to stick but just think of the outcome thats comeing.

120 lbs is not very much... How tall are you? You don't want to get too thin because that is unhealthy. However, the best way to tone up your bod is to walk every day. Also eat more during the day and have a smaller evening meal.

u can learn belly dance for flat and strong tummy and walk longdistances for thin legs!
