They didn't know. Religion was all they had to cling to before science created an understanding of earth, the universe, and human beings.

Ancient peoples didn't have moral value systems that recognized individual rights, or that rejected tyrannical grappling for power, money, or land. In spite of all the harm that religion and government have caused, its proponents were not entirely responsible for their misgivings.

That being said, early Christianity did some terrible things in the name of god. From the destruction of Hypatia, the Library of Alexandria, and ancient learning, they practically set back Western Civilization for a thousand years.

Yes, I can and yes, we did. We are all experiencing our creation. But, I think we were blindsided by ones who took advantage of our love and trust and are using it against us. Something went whacko (wrong) and we became imprisoned in an energy grid that we help power. To break out of this prison, is to change our vibration. The prison lowered our vibration as to make all solid. We must raise our vibrational energy levels. Then we will be free to know and do all.

I hope not. Anything evil is a part of Satan. He gets into everything and ruins it if they let him in.
