मैं तुमसे प्यार करता हूँ।

mai.n tumse pyaar kartaa huu.n

The standard way to say "I love you" ( if a male speaker, use करती kartii if person speaking is female.)

ishq is more for infatuated love, usually of the unrequitted type

mohabbat is the urdu way to say love and can be used in place of pyaar as well.
