Yes it is true that one can lose weight when sick. The reason this occurs is because the being sick keeps you from being hungry so then one must drink plenty of liquids to keep from getting dehydrated.

yes often due to nausea - not wanting to eat - but also fever - running your body at a higher operating temperature burns lots more energy.
the body does this to use up zinc and iron - preventing any bacteria getting a hold of it- zinc and iron are very necessary for cell division - the ultimate goal of all bacteria? to make more bacteria!

so low in and high out = weight loss

its kinda true ... bt u even lose ur glow nd spark.....
plus in sm conditions u don really lose weight . but on da contrary you gain a lot
