Healthier than what? Anyway, exercise and healthy diet (not a lot of fat, no fried foods and no sweets) is the only way.

I'm about to try this method myself. It gets you fit and helps lose weight and its so much easier than hard slaving at the gym. Its the 8/12 rule. You might also know it as "spin". Get a bike (preferably), skipping rope or go for a jog. 8 seconds sprint/fast cycle/fast skipping followed by 12 second walk/slow cycle/slow skipping. Repeat this cycle for 20mins 3x a week. The 8 second phases release Catecholamines into the blood which aid in boosting fitness and weight loss. Good luck!

eat goodhealthy food in moderately , go for workouts or brisk walking .cultivate only goodhabits .this way u r not abusing yur body&soul
