She is still on probation, though i don't know the terms.

Usually in cases that are non-criminal you are put on probation and the prosecutor, if you are found violating the probation, will file the contempt motion!

Everyone seems to be so upset when she did such a minimal amount of time.

She was twice caught driving after revocation and not charged with either! Those carry a sentence of 1 year in jail!

i would say yes because usually for a few months most ex cons do well i guess we will see how her new faith in god is wont we it might have been a sympathy cry,

No she is jailed on a misdemeanor; she has timed out.
