If my name is blackened without proof, I have recourse to the law via libel or slander. But when a christian pronounces me an evil sinner who will burn in hell for all eternity, I stand no chance of a successful legal action on the normal basis of a requirement of proof to substantiate allegations.

Neither would I have any chance of success by claiming harassment, even though hardly a day passes without me being bombarded with offensive messages, which in other cases would be clearly seen as harassment.

Actually you do have grounds. And as courts continue to move forward on the hate crimes and discrimination cases involving equal employment opportunity, the barrier you speak of is going to come down. Mankind has been under the Christian spell and or orgainzed mythological religion for thousands of years. The constitution of the United States says that it cannot dominate you in that country. As more and more people awaken to the myths and their unjust hold on treatment in society, this frontier will be conquered in the courts with huge monetary settlements and in the streets.

It is ok to have truth, not unproven myths to make you have more material wealth and bully capable and licensed by society.

That christian that pronounces you as an evil sinner is performing a hate crime, is raping you of your capability to be able to live in a world in peace and harmony and attempting to get you to wish their hate on others.

Hate is the mental, emotional, physical and or spiritual harassment of others with unproven myths about supposed consequences for not swearing and professing of the haters myths about the connection between life and death and with penalty of either mental, emotional, physical and or spiritual pressure to do so until you give in or until your treatment is seen as an example to others who would cave in so that they might have an easier mortal life.

Basically, if you allow the crimes of spiritual terrorism or spiritual rape to continue unchecked, you also allow others to have it happen to them. It is wrong, it is unproductive, and of course the haters don't even know that they are doing it, because somebody did it to them. Unfortunately, many of them got quite rich off of doing this and got into positions of power and manipulate people that way because it is habit and it makes them feel safer on earth. They feel that if they don't continue it and live within it, their lives will end up in some terrible despair. It is a deep rooted sickness. Again, it is not their fault, but then again, at present, they are sources of it's spread and must be dealt with accordingly in the courts and in mentally stimulating conversation.

You have to remember, that the working class person has been working and has not had the time nor the effort to fight this city hall over the thousands of years of it's development and that it worked pretty well seemingly to control populations and give enough comfort to the masses til just recently when some awakenned from it's misery and spitefulness.

I honor your awakenning!

For a start it really depends on who is 'defaming' you. If it is only Internet based sources then Legal recourse is very difficult whether the person is Christian or not because of anonymity reasons. The second problem: is the problem arising because of people’s perception to what you’re saying or just 'out of the blue'? I.e. are you writing something and someone else is replying to something that they perceive as negative? This would add to your difficulties in Legal pursuits.
To be honest though, as a Christian I am 1) not above the Law and 2) not above God's law (which also includes 1)). I have been called many things for my faith including delusional when I did nothing to encourage it. If you have been unfortunate to come to the same treatment then on behalf of Christians, I apologise. For negativity I apologise but if you have acted in a way that would encourage negativity towards you (say, by calling Christians 'delusional' for instance) then you should not be surprised and legal avenues will not work. But you and God know the truth and so does anyone else who is involved (like the person 'slandering' you.)

Although I don't agree with who ever is harassing you. I think it petty to think that you should be able to take legal action against them. It sound like your looking for a easy way to make money. Not stop the harassment.
Christians are never above the law! We are to follow the law just as you. God said "Judge not lest ye be judged".
Unfortunately, I think those who have been talking to you may have done more damage then good.
Stop insulting our intelligence by trying to say that you would like to sue to get them to stop the harassment. You just want money!!!
If in fact you don't want to talk to them, then stand up too them and tell them to go away, your not interested!

oh you poor thing! ha ha ha, really I feel for you!

look, they've got a message and depending on that person's personality that message will be relayed in different ways.

The message is very simple, and it should be one of LOVE not FEAR. Love will lead you to heaven through the Creator. Just accept His offer of salvation through Jesus.

"ask and you WILL receive; seek and you WILL FIND"

On the other hand, the consequences of a lifetime of rebellion and rejection of God will end up in Him rejecting you. You have maybe 70? years to do this in, but I wouldn't wait.

I've seen it from both sides of the fence, and I can tell you this: life is a lot better now that I can see clearly and experience a relationship with my God, daily. :)

that may be because you are mixing theology with legality! The two in FREE countries are mutually exclusive. Jesus said my kingdom is not of this world so if you are going to hell or proclaimed as such the laws of this world have no jurisdiction on the next. I believe you might be, on the simple fact that if you are not with god you are against him. we Christians draw that line clearly since we have made the decision to live our lives as god would have us. Christians are tought to focus on their journey and to invite others to come along.

nonchristians have always tried to legally and otherwise stop our progress to our reward. as to why they do this (such as misery like company) I'm not exactly sure(probably too many reasons to list here) non Christians tend to be the ones who "MAKE" others change. there has been this war going on since the snake and the apple.but this being said we live in a free country and damned or not you are free to do as you wish...this is not so in many countries....take Iran... the Muslim religion and the legal /political system are the same thing(they do not have freedom).... thus a sinner is legally stoned to death for a moral/ religious crime. here in the states and Canada the two are kinda sorta separated.... I say kinda sorta because we still are a judeo-christian state in which our laws were formed initially by those who believed in god and believed (I think correctly so) that those who follow religious principals would not be committing legal crimes. so legality was formed upon that basis.... now that atheists and amoral persons speak loudest and tend to distract lawmakers in to creating amoral laws and rejecting that foundation, we are finding that people are no longer basically good. they find the necessity to legislate morality in every day living. that is why (I feel)we as a nation are in a decline.

If I had to guess you enjoy the controversy your questions bring and your complaining of persecution is only that you are bumping up against those who still hold fast to the morals our country was founded on... to bad you would destroy our country. You do not have the moral fibre it takes to lead and progress freedom. you are why we will end up as slaves to the terrorists and their ilk. we shall be destroyed from with in before any enemy from with out may destroy and enslave us.

Up until know i have been a faitfull servent of God so i can answer this for you. We ahve been told to do this in our fathers name we have been told to spread the words of God.

I have been so nasty to people on here for a long time and i have had a breakdown and now i have hart problems because i was getting so upset at all the people who mocked My Father on here. I would send messages to people and repeat to thme what would happen to them if they didnot repent and ask for forgivnes. I think i was not as faitfill as i thought i was because i was breaking all the commandments thinking i had been saved and i needed to do whatever i could to save others. I think i thouf=ght if i could turn people to god it would wipe out my failings.
I dont know what i am going to do now i am lost. But i know i should not continue to hate the world and people like the bible tells me to.
Please accept mu appolligiess for being one of the peole you are talking about.

I doubt that a true "Christian" who has a close relationship with God would be so condeming towards you for his God (Jesus) came into this world NOT to condemn anyone, but to save everyone.

He told us NOT to condemn others, that judgment was His (final) and to be gentle, loving and kind to all, to esteem all others above ourselves, so I doubt a "true" Christian would condemn, as he knows he has just as many issues that are against God as any other man.

Some get over zealous because of their love of Jesus, that what was started in the spirit ends in the flesh and they forget Gods Word on how to treat others.

A Christian is just as flawed as anyone "but" he "tries" to be obedient to God, and behave as Gods says to, but to our "self" our "flesh" it is very difficult to accomplish, but then again God tells us this in His word, we all fall, but a true Christian is picked back up because he knows God is love and beleives it.

Have you done anything bad by thought, speech, or action ?

all in love, have a good day.
