Sure, it doesn't sound like it can hurt! I don't know about the HONEY everyday. That sounds like a lot of calories, but the lemon with water sounds like a good, healthy idea. I heard lemon in warm water was good for you in the morning for some reason.

I'm not sure if drinking that everyday is healthy or not, i would say so, cus it's all natural..
Here in Mexico, that's a home remedy for when you have a bad throat infection when you lose your voice and your throat is so sore, you drink lemon with natural honey and it makes you fell better..
