I dont know if there are any to compress, but you can decrease the size of the file by decreasing the quality.
You can download this program, Xilisoft Audio Converter and its not free but, free trial.
All you do is load your mp3 into the program, then go to the setting and change the quality to like 112kbps or 128kbps. It will be pretty good quality and smaller file size. If the file is small enough you can increase the quaility up a notch to 160kbps.
I know its only trial and not free........but maybe you can find a free mp3 converter that will do the same job

may be you need to lower the bitrate to reduce the size but of course you lose sound qualtiy, there are plenty of free mp3 tools at www.mp3machine.com
