You did this in a very public place. I'd suggest you tell your girlfriend before someone else does., And as usual by the time someone else tells her, the story will have gone from a kiss goodbye on the lips to you having had sex with her all night. It's called rumours and they spread from situations just like yours.
And truthfully, getting that hammered will only cause you to lose a lot of good things in your life.

If she does not know, don't mention it. Even though it is not horrible, it was a mistake that I hope you will never repeat. Getting drunk is no excuse for poor moral character. It could have been sex without protection (a baby?, disease?). Just be glad you learned the easy way.
If she finds out, just tell her that you did not mention it because you were so ashamed and embarrassed by what happened, and you knew that it would never happen again. Also tell her that you wanted to spare her the hurt, since you had already learned your lesson. Tell her that you have already punished yourself in your mind a thousand times.
Take care, and I hope that she never has to find out!!

You should get some professional help with your drinking problem. If alcohol is ruling your life to the point where you're using it as an excuse for cheating, it's clearly too big a part of you already. Get off the booze and learn a valuable lesson for the future.

Alcohol may be the death of you let alone with this girl you really like. What do you like more--her or the alcohol? Don't lie. If you have a problem, your being up front with her and that you need her moral support to help you through it will show her that you are a caring person. She doubts that and she sees you as abusing yourself. You are not attractive when you are like that.

Be truthful to her and eplain what happened when you where drunk. And truly express you feelings for her and how stupid you feel. If I was her I would understand - maybe encourage you not to drink - but I would let it go after the initial hurt. Be truthful and see what happens. dont try to hide this

tell her before your friends take the stand and stab you in the back.. just be honest, you care about HER, not the girl you kissed, you're not drunk when you're w/ the girl you care about.. most of the time.. not that i would know... but don't let that one kiss mess up something important to you

How would you feel if you saw her do something like you did. Realize that perhaps you should really limit your drinking if its going to break up this relationship-continue to pursue this girl & show that she's the only one.

you should hella explain to her that you was drinking that night and you had absolutely no control over ur actions that night. and im sorry to say, but there is a big chance of her rejecting you. dont take it too hard on urself tho. just stop drinking, whether or not she sticks with you.
