k none of my friends like him hes not cute and hes in boot camp right now so i cant talk to him...but for some odd reson i love him its the way i feel when im around him..everybody i know says i can do better but what if i dont want to am i bein stupid for ignorin everybody or should i do what i want to do??

AJ--nice guys don't have to be cute or handsome--millions of plain looking guys know how to treat a woman right--they are respectful, courteous, intelligent, fun, and have a future. The best looking guys can be creeps and jerks. Your decisions are your own--NO ONE has the right to criticize you or get involved--tell them that they can mind their own business or not talk to you. What you see in a person is strictly your call---they are jealous of your nice guy who is serving our country--be proud of him--write to him letters of support---I wish you a lot of happiness. Thank him for me, too

looks has nothing to do with love... if they dont like him cz hes not cute or they dont find him cute then its their problem... there r more things in a person than their looks rly...i think u should follow ur heart and not leave this guy for the sake of others... its u 2 that matter in the end... if u love him keep loving him for who he is... and beauty is something very subjective... who deserves more? the guy u love and makes u happy ? or the words of ppl/friends? if all they care about is looks then they probably aint so good for u or simply dont know the meaning of love yet...

no your not stupid for ignorin everybody. It's your relationship not theirs. If you love him and want to be with him then dont pay attention to what your friends say. It's your decision and it only matters if you like him er not and if your friends dont respect that then they arent your real friends

if none of your friends like him, there must be something youre not seeing. I dont always like living according to what other people say but seriously, if ALL your friends say the same thing then they might be on to something.
Sit them all down one at a time and ask them why they dont like him. tell them you want specific answers and compare them at the end. you might have more clarity that way.
oh and NEVER EVER LOSE YOUR FRIENDS FOR A GUY!!!!

You are being smart for doing what you want to do and not what people tell you to do. It's your life and they're your decisions and people should respect that. My gf can do so much better than me and her family tells her constantly hell I even tell her but she loves me. My brother wanted to give his son a dumb name and my mom and I told him that we did not like the name. He in the end still names his son that and now I would not want my nephew to have any other name. I have gotten used to it and it works for me and my mom so after some time people will start to realized that your bf is good for you until he actually proves them wrong.

If you think that this is the guy for you, then stay with him. You can't build a relationship based on looks, even though looks helps. What's more important about a person is his heart, and how he treats you at ALL times. Don't listen to your friends, they just want you to be as miserable as they are.

I'm not tryin to be shallow, but u have to feel some kind of physical attraction to ur b/f for things to work. If u don't think he's cute and none of ur friends like him then what's the point? Bros before hos is what I always say!

Omg!!! That's crazy i'm like in your shoes. I had a crush on this dude, no-one like's him, my friend keeps telling me "Amber!! he is soo ugly, why do you like him?" But what i do, is don't listen to them, because that's just superfical, and judgemental, that's what i was trying to do, not look @ looks because sometimes looks can mess you up. It messed me up BIG TIME! So i'm trying to judge people by they chacater, but to tell you the truth, i like the person i like is because he is understanding and nice.
But if they can't understand why you like him, that's good because if they did, they would be drooling all over him. So that's how i think about it. You may can do better what your heart knows what it wants.

Its your choice...what ever you decide or whoever you decide to date is your choice...bare in mind that with certain choices come certain consequences so be ready to accept it...you might change your mind or not but its your life and your experiences that you will learn from....you got to experiment on your own and take a risk...no one else is livin your life but you...go with your gut and do what you feel is right..one more thing you should always listen to advice and take it into consideration doesnt mean they are right but keep what they think in mind and decide on your own...it shows that you do care and respect your friends opinion let them know you hear them out but they also need to hear you out too.

there is only one answer to a question like this...follow ur heart. If it tells u to keep him, do it. If it tells u to dump him...do it. That may sound a little harsh but u have to follow ur heart if u want to know what to do about ur bf. If he really makes u feel the way u say he does, than i advise u keep him.
