I have fought with them all of my life and I can sleep 10 hours and still have them. The best thing I have found which is not a cure, is spoons.....yup you read right. I put tablespoons in my freezer (they are there right now as we speak) and I hold them under my eyes AFTER I put my makeup on and that does consist of consealer too. The spoons take down the baggy swelling that contributes to the circle and shadow. Tea bags are comfortable and calming but this is my little trick and it works. You can turn the spoon around too and use the curved part around your whole eye to reduce the top puff too. If it's to cold let it thaw a little bit then put it on. It will help your luggage check out before anyone sees you!!

One of my favorite home remedies are slicing potatoes and placing them on top of my eyes. It lightens the skin and tightens the skin, but don't leave it on for more than an hour. Good luck!
