Jaclyn Smith (Kelly), without a doubt.
Jill was great looking, but basically a simple girl at heart. She dazzled the crooks with her looks more than her social skills. Same for her little sister Kris.
Sabrina was smart and kicked butt, but I wouldn't call her "cool" because she was more at home on a police shooting range than a nightclub or executive suite.
If you needed an Angel to smooth-talk past the guards, obtain access to an exclusive club, or gain the confidence of the bad guys, Kelly was the best!
That johnny-come-lately girls Tiffany and Julie are not eligible :)
