We get pimples on our face more than anywhere else because of the concentration of sebaceous glands on our face. When these get clogged we get pimples. since there are so many of these glands on the face, we get pimples there more than anywhere else.

We get pimples wherever we have more oil glands. Why face? Mostly because we tend to fight the pimples there too harshly (obviously because they are most embarrassing on face), and often over-dry our faces. We use too much harsh products, and in response the facial oil glands produce a way more oil than it's needed. This causes pimples. So, to avoid this, try to limit harsh products on your face. For instance, if you use 2% salicyllic wash (which is fine), don't use alcohol-based astringent and acne gel all over your face. That's a way too much. Most of us do it, and that's why our backs, that are usually left alone, break out much less.

The cause of acne is bacteria, and we all know that anywhere there are open pores, sweat, moist skin, there is going to be natural bacteria which = pimples. It really depends which part of your body satisfies the conditions which create the ideal breeding ground for bacteria to thrive and reproduce. These places are normally the face, back, neck, chest, upper arms. The concentration of pimples in any one place varies from individual to individual for various reasons. If you get more acne on your face this could be because your face is generally oily and you have open pores, sweat can also travel from your head to your face or you can touch your face a lot with your hands which transfers millions of bacteria to your face. Just cleanse, tone and moisturise daily, exfoliate every now and then, treat yourself to a facial, chemical peels, acne cream, the list of treatments is endless.
Hope this helps

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria. https://tr.im/bc9db comes with full customer satisfaction.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

It comes from clogged sweat pores due to oil and dirt. Places covered by clothes usually absorb the oil, and don't get dirty, so your hands and face are basically the only options. And you don't get pimples on your hands, unless it's an infection
