The sentient souls (Jeevaatmans) are classified into three types namely
1. Badha (tied/bound by their own individual karma which has not date of
origin-Anaadi)
2. Muktha (liberated from all karma)
3. Nitya (ever-free from karma - eternally)
One who is liberated while still abiding in the physical body is mukta jiva or liberated soul, while Eternally liberated or nitya mukta jiva a person who has never fallen into material illusion and never deviated from the Supreme Lord’s loving service. Nitya-muktas generally live in the spiritual kingdom of God, but they sometimes descend to the material world to preach and for other special missions and Nitya-badha has the tendency to become attracted by the external energy of the Lord (Bahiranga-sakti) or the internal energy of the Lord (Antaranga-sakti). The Nitya-badha soul is called Nitya-eternal because there was never a time in history when he was not bound by illusion to some degree.
The jiva becomes from that point nitya-siddha, eternally liberated fully under the protection and guidance of the Supreme Lord without the tendency to become attracted by the illusionary energy of the Lord.
Nitya-siddha souls only come to the material world for the purpose of giving guidance to the sincere seekers who want to receive Divine Grace and shelter within the Absolute Truth. Their position is that they are never bound by illusion.
All though sometimes they seem to be under the spell of illusion, this kind of illusion is arranged by the Lord energy in the form of Divine illusion (Yoga-maya) to manifest their pastimes in different ways according to time place and circumstances.
He created many low levels associated with maya which present unlimited obstacles in the attainment of the Supreme bliss that is nitya mukta jiva." So, He did all that to facilitate the jivas and make them firm in these competence. Then a question arises that How can it be understood that He facilitated the jiva and their competence for the higher and happier [greater blissful] positions by putting them into or inviting them towards the opposite direction - low levels that endlessly hinder to attain Supreme bliss?! - very self-contradictory. There can be some utility of the above way for training up jiva like in army, to cultivate qualities like tolerance, stability etc. or for their comparative study so they understand the greatness, glory of blissful devotional service to the Lord compared to the miserable material life, in order to facilitate their positive competence. But, that can not be the whole picture, character or nature of the above facilitating process/procedure! Otherwise, it is self-contradictory.
Madhava also explained this very nicely as
The conscious souls are of three kinds: (1) those eternally free (nitya), like Laksmi; (2) those who have freed themselves from samsara (mukta) devas and men, rsis and fathers; and (3) the bound (badha). The last class (3) includes both those who are eligible for release (mukti-yogya) and those who are not eligible for it (mukti-ayogya). These latter (mukti-ayogya) are metaphorically either those intended for hell (constant suffering) or the blinding darkness (tamo-yogya) or those who are bound to the circuit of samsara for all time. While some are preordained for salvation by their inherent aptitude, others are destined for hell, while a third class keeps revolving on the wheels of samsara from eternity to eternity, now enjoying, now suffering, in endless alteration. This threefold classification is based on the three gunas (due their association to the corresponding bodies perhaps). The Sattvika soul goes to heaven, the rajasa revolves in samsara, while the tamasa falls into hell. The living beings comprise of gods, men, animals and plants. Even among the souls destined for salvation, no two souls possess the same degree of eligibility.

he who is free from material bondage- liberated soul (mukta jiva).
nitya mukta jiva is he who is in the spiritual world always, can come in the material world sometimes for liberating the material conditioned souls. He is not affected by the three gunas.
nitya badha jiva is not liberated from the material bondage and is thinking that this material world is for enjoyment separate from Krishna.
Like Prabhupada and others came down to material world to liberate nitya badha jiva.
When nitya badha associates with the nitya mukta jiva by serving in devotional activities that time nitya badha becomes nitya mukta. Example Narada delevered the mrigari and Prabhupada delivering the mlechas and yavanas.
Main thing is the following the direction of guru and gauranga the nitya badha become the nitya mukta
It is possible for the nitya badha to become nitya mukta.

The larger question in my view is this - If Jesus is God as most Christians will tell you, (but not all). then they will also tell you that the Holy Ghost is God. So my question is that if God is a spirit and the Holy Ghost is also a spirit, then how does anyone say there is a Trinity? There is a duo perhaps, but not a Trinity. If God is spirit and Christ was the physical manifestation of God in this life, then there is no distinction between God and the Holy Ghost so there is no Trinity, only a duo. Make sense? That's why these people are wrong, but they will never, and I repeat never, admit it. And for people who say that Christ said He and His Father were one, Christ did say that, but he meant they are one in purpose. We can get a better feel for this by other scriptures. For example: Ephesians 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be a one flesh. When a man and woman are married, they don't become one flesh, but that's what this scripture says. Is the Bible wrong? Or is there simply a higher meaning to what is meant when the books in the Bible refer to more than one person being one. Ideally we are all one in Christ, but we are not the same person and none of us are Jesus, but we can have a unified purpose, knowledge and ideal.

Eternally conditioned soul, that is not quite true. All conditioned soul can march towards liberation by grace of God and sincerity of soul. All have the birth right to get liberated. Conditioned souls are all people, lives in the world in a way learning and moving toward liberation by working out to unveil the screen of Maya.
Those who succeed the above ie getting liberated are souls called liberated. They have won over death and birth. Such a great personality was Swami Yoganadha Paramahamsa.
Those who are eternally libedrated are the ones come as a avatar to uplift the human society from materialism to spiritualism. One such great soul was Swami Vivekanadha.
By practice, practice and practice we can achieve liberation like our great masters.

Like colours , it looks that there are so many shades of jivas .May be it is one fabric that is dyed in so many shades according to the imaginatioin of somebody who is imaginatie , like we call the same Raman as Dasaradha Raman, kothanda Raman , Rajah Raman ,,Janki Raman, Sita Raman, Sundara Raman ,etc .
Just as we call water also as River water , Rain water , Sea water , lake water , well water , distilled water , ice water , salt waer , mineral water , spring water etc .
so some one who has come across the the specific imaginary souls of varies hues would provide the nature of the imagination that go into the make up those souls .Let us wait and see.

Kathopanishad Chapter1/ 3
10—11
Beyond the senses are the objects;
beyond the objects is the mind;
beyond the mind, the intellect;
beyond the intellect, the Great Atman;
beyond the Great Atman, the Unmanifest;
beyond the Unmanifest, the Purusha.
Beyond the Purusha there is nothing:
this is the end,
the Supreme Goal.
The idea of Moksha is different from Kaivalya....
Liberation is not known or a false (Kalpokta)
But Kaivalya is well known (Patanjali) and true because it is the feeling of oneness with the "God".
The concept of Kaivalya is nothing but "Jeevanmuktha"
So that, all of your questions stands irrelevant
