This one really shouldn't be hard. You have to weigh a spoiled brat getting out of jail after serving a sentence that was way too short, considering she has been driving drunk and without a license, vs a scumbag skinhead prisoner killing a prison guard and leading a chase through Salt Lake. If you are into entertainment, then Paris wins. If you are into reality, then it is Utah.

Now if you talking about Paris the city then I would want hear about that becuase we don't get many around the world news thanks to Bush.
But if you are talking about Paris the slut then I would choose Utah.
