French toast can be better but only when it's made just right. Pancakes are easier, so there are more pancakes out there that are better, but the best french toast is better than pancakes. got that?

I'm a french toast kinda girl, myself. I think you're right... has to be the eggs. I went through a period where I requested French toast for breakfast every morning... for about 3 weeks. Hmm. That was weird, huh? ah well, I like French toast!

I prefer French Toast made with a really good bread with a heavier crust. Then let the egg wash soak into the bread before cooking it. Serve with maple syrup or sprinkle with confectioners sugar and a side of warmed apple sauce. Yum!

french toast is much more indulgent and yummy, but i have to go with the pancakes because with pancakes i feel like my arteries arent as clogged
