I know that firearms are strictly prohibited, but are stun guns?

It is against the law in my state (North Carolina) to possess any weapon on campus. So no they are not allowed.
This law will vary from state to state.

Yeah guns are banned on Virginia Tech and look how that turned out. You have the right to defend yourself with the amount of force you feel is necessary. Don't let some pin headed politician tell you different.

If I have been you(jus'sayin'now)If I have been you i does not care.i could carry it besides.it rather is a few distance greater convenient to hire a lawyer or bondsman to get you out of worry or penitentiary than it rather is to land up a sufferer on the floor and/or in the scientific institution.

by US campus I think you mean college...and the answer can vary with the school. I think that many schools operate on the
DADT theory...don't ask, don't tell.
