Sure you can, but I wouldn't recommend it. An overdose can kill you. You can alternate between them, for example, if it says take every 4-6 hours do so, but alternate the drugs. Please don't drink alcohol while taking either of these.

I have been a pain management patient for a while now and have never been prescribed 2 different opiates that way. If you need pain relieved they would normally increase your dose of one or the other, or prescribe a different med to suit your needs.
There is a elevated danger level with taking both of these meds because of their effects. You may not experience any
type of negative reaction the first time or in the times to come, but if use is continued you must be aware that these drugs inhibit your breathing as well as cause drowsiness, so with that said you can see the danger in it.
Personally, I wouldn't think the "buzz" is worth the risk.

Not a good idea unless you are terminal and in a great deal of pain.
They are addictive, have many nasty side effects and increases each other's effects.
Some of the side effects include stroke, heart attack, Cerebral Vascular Accident, etc.
Basically you can end up in a nursing home with a feeding tube in your belly, a catheter up your urethra, crapping on yourself and being turned when every the staff can remember and get to you.
Sounds like a good life...

I've done it before. No harm done. They're different meds (hydrocodone and oxycodone), but they're pretty much the same thing and def the same class of drugs.
By the way, 1 percocet and 1 vicodin IS NOT going to kill you!!! People are so freakin stupid I swear!

Both are opiate painkillers. Opiates have the effect of depressing the action of the Central Nervous System, including parts that are responsible for minor things like breathing. Mixing opiates is a bad idea.

You can do anything you want, but I assume no one doctor gave you both at the same time. You need to take them as prescribed. The tylenal in the narcotics we take is a liver killer, and that is an ugly way to go.

Depends on how high you want to get. LOL....j/k.
Really, don't combine. Too much of the same drug is harmful. If you're having a lot of pain, try one of the above and an anti-inflamatory (like Advil or Ibuprofen)

Sure but why would you want to? You just risk doubling all the side effects.
