I went to the a doctor he said I should stretch my quads often because part of the problem is that my tendons are pushing my knee cap to tighly to my bones...and always strech before the legpress.

it is your bones grinding with your cartilage in your joints. It's nothing bad, just a deficiency of some nutrient. I've had it before, when I was younger, but now I don't have it anymore. I'm 20 right now.

You don't. It sounds like the cushioning in your knees is worn down from all of the sports activity.

Using the steel hinge knee braces occasionally to relieve your knees of the continued grinding could be beneficial. You could put them on at home. Not the pull on type the strap around type. They take your body weight off of the actual joint giving them a chance to heal. I had to do this for my Rheumatoid arthritis and it made an amazing difference.

They would be about one hundred dollars for a pair.

the better thing that you have to do is go to the doctor and make ex-ray if still can fix OK,or you have to go for a person who knows how to massage your knees, maybe some bones are not in proper line,it maybe also luck of calcium that cause the bones grinding the tendons are gone.

I have the same problem. Try a glucosamine supplement and wait for the day you need surgery. I'm so serious about this. You've damaged the tendons and ligaments.

I hate that, I even have to crack my knees. Maybe get it checked out, but it's probably not something to be worried about.

I have the some thing. There is nothing you can do. I was told I could have surgery, but it doesn't hurt, so why put yourself through that?
