Will they issue eyeglasses?

Yes, they do. However if your vision is not correctable to with in standards you probably will not get through MEPS. Not to worry I have seen people that were legally blind in the Navy. Still correctable to 20/20. However the BCD glasses are nicknamed birth control devices, IE dont try to go clubbing with them after Basic :)

Yeah you'll get glasses alright. They're called Birth Control Goggles!! You'll find out why, just picture Milton from Office Space with really thick black frames. Good luck!! Proud of ya!!

Yes you will get a full eye exam and then will be issued and have to wear some beautiful and stylish birth control glasses.

Get your eyes checked before you head off for bootcamp and if you need glasses then get them on your own.

No. They want you to bump into walls and not be able to see officers so you fail to render a salute. YES!! They give you glasses.
