In my opinion, Jesus as a human is considered to have "come of age" at 30, having had experienced the temptations and hardships in human form. That said, it doesn't mean that he had stopped experiencing difficulties. In fact, He was always being tempted until the very moment he died on the cross.

I think the Bible is not exactly a history book that chronicles just everything that happened. The reason for recording the "official" time of Jesus' ministry is that THAT part of his life means the most to us readers. We should trust that God revealed only that part of Jesus' life on earth to us for our best interest.

It's believed (but there's no real proof of it) that Jesus began his ministry when he was about 30 years old. This was after he had been baptized by John. There is no record of the early life of Jesus from the time of his bar mitzvah (about 12 years old) until he began his ministry; nor is there any known reason why his ministry was so short (3 years). It's believed that Jesus was crucified when he was about 33 years old.

The traditional ages are:
Began ministry at 30
Crucified at 33

Jesus began His ministry at the age of 30 and was crucified at the age of 33. God does the same with a lot of us , He takes a long time to prepare us for ministry , we cannot go out there and minister to nobody , if we haven't been through anything.

Started his ministry at 30, and crucified at 33. He spent a lot of his time between teaching and healing the crowds with his disciples. He taught them, little by little how to do his ministry and healings. He knew, right from the start, how his life would end. He was aware that He did not have a lot of time left on earth.
We will know why the time of preaching and miracles was short, when we get up to heaven, if it's revealed to us.

Hmmmm... Jesus was schooling the elders in the temple about age 12.. But his "official ministry I would say around age 30

Crucified about age 33

He was in ministry for a short period of time because Judas sold him out and he was crucified..

I have not read of any miracles before his baptism,,

Per divine plan HE was baptized as THE LORD GOD commanded John the Baptist to go to Jordan river and whomever THE HOLY SPIRIT descends declare HIM as the MESSAIAH or CHRIST. The 3 1/2 years is a symbolism of the 3500 years of Christianity and thus, signaled HIS 2nd coming in the year 3500. HE had no miracles prior HIS baptism to fulfill the scripture written in ISAIAH 61:1-6 for the ANOINTED ONE.THANKS GOD; FEAR GOD; PRAISE GOD; GLORIFY GOD; HONOR GOD; LOVE GOD AND WORSHIP GOD.

Jesus ministry started at the wedding at Cana. That was the first time Jesus showed his divinity.

I believe it was at the age of 30 and 33 but don't quote me.

As I understand it, he left all his power as God when he became human. When he walked this earth, he was, in every respect, human. At his baptism he was filled with the Holy Spirit and empowered. (The point of the dove...)
