Remove yourself from all influences that may remove your concentration from what you are studying. ie, go to a library.
Maybe if you have a desk lamp, and it is night time, try turning off all other lights, and just leave the lamp on. This method might subliminally tell you that there is nothing else to do; downside to this is that it may actually make you feel very bored, or tired.

Other things you might try would be to join a study group. That will probably work the best, after-all it is human nature to go along with a group of people.

Sometimes when a person is stressed out, even the littlest bit, it can moke focusing on tasks harder. If this sounds like what you are experiencing then it might be best to take a small break and do something that might expel some tension, some push-ups, jogging, pretty much anything that will get your heart rate to increase. Sit-ups generally work the best, do not ask me why. If the study group is out of the question this will probably be your best bet for helping you to focus.

There are many other methods but It would be better if I understood what exactly is keeping you from focusing.

I hope I have given some useful advice.
