Depends on the food. I like ketchup, mustard and mayo on burgers, but would only put ketchup on french fries and mustard on hotdogs.

My favorite kind of mustard is the one that is called Stone Ground because of the bit of spice in it.
But I like both ketchup (depending on the brand) and mustard.

mustard. the tanginess of it makes you salivate and savor the flavors more. good ketchup is almost like that, but not quite
