Call the police! You afraid for yourself and for them. It's obvious that they are not controlling their anger; it's time for outside help to step in.
Call them immediately. You cannot stay in a home where you are fearful for your safety!!!

You could call the police now. Another option for another time would be to tell an adult you can trust. Someone at school or a friend's parent. You need to be concerned first about your own safety and second about your mom's. Please don't keep it a secret, for your own sake.

best thing to do, stay out of it. it will stop eventually. if he hits you call the police, never take that from him!! but seriously, i know its a hard thing to do, just don't involve yourself in it.
