I am 14 going into high school. I am overweight, but I have tired to loose weight soooo many times. I'm pretty active in the summer, and I'm vegitarian. My doctor told me I could possbly have Hypothyroidism(A condition where your thyroid produces too much hormones.) Is there any effective weight loss plan good for me?

cardio exercise (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

14 or younger, it is not too young to start eating healthily.

I only wished I could find a way when I was young like you.
But I could find the right diet only now.

I weigh 49kg and I am 1.55m tall. I lost a total of 14 kg, without any diet pills or slimming treatments.
