Not to be mean, but was the cupboard you found them in his personal cupboard? If so, you shouldn't be snooping. If it was public, say like the medicine cabinet in the bathroom, I would point blank ask him about it and suggest that he might want to keep them in a less public place.

It also implies that you father is responsible, protecting himself and others from STDs and unplanned children. You should think well of him for that.

Mmkay a very similar situation happened with me. You have to realize that your dad is a guy and there are just some things men need (unfortunately) Now it doesn't necessarily mean that your dad uses them often, but it isn't somewhat reassuring to know that he uses protection? Mmkay probably not but I'm trying. Just try to forget about what you saw, and think twice before rummaging through cupboards.

It implies that you shouldn't be looking in your fathers cupboard. That is his business. Not yours! How would you like it if your father was looking through your medicine cabinet, found birth control pills and discussed it with other people.

There is nothing wrong with it, I know its difficult for you to accept but you should understand that like hunger, thirst & other needs...sex is one such need for a normal human being. If your mother is not with you, for whasoever reason, he would have found a woman whom he feel like to be with for sex.

I have no idea if you mean your mother is dead or not home. They could be very old and just hanging around. They could be there just in case he meets someone to use them with. Or, he could be using them with someone you do not know about. Hope this helps.
