Based on my experience: your warm body, your tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving gear and the clothes you stand up in. Spare glasses if you need them. Everything else is optional and will probably be stored along with your civilian clothes until the end of boot camp although you get to keep notebooks, etc., if you don't want to bye them at the PX

you, your wallet and any documents required, such as the wedding certificate and *** cards of your spouse and any kids if you have them. everything else will be supplied for you. EVERYTHING.
