My friend taught me this one: no eating after 7pm.
I tried it for a month and I swore at him every day, because nothing was happening. He just said, "Keep going - your body needs 3 months to be convinced."
2 months - nothing. But after 3 months, the weight really started coming off. It's been about 6 months now, and I'd say I've lost about 6kg, and I'm still losing weight (slowly).
It's a good way to lose weight, because you don't really have to make any big changes.
In the beginning, it's not easy. If it's after 7pm and you just HAVE to eat something, fruit is obviously a better option than anything else.

If you want to do anything extra, excercise, and stay away from foods that hang out in your body for too long (like cheese).

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and will make you lose body fat all over (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical, rope jumping etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast.

It is very simple, one has to use accumulated fat in the body which can be done by reducing the dietary intake especially foods containing high carbohydrate and fat content, so if u are a rice eater reduce the amount of rice reduce carbonated drinks excessive use of tea and avoid taking repeated meals. In addition brisk waking every morning for 45 minutes to 1 hour everyday will help a lot.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
