P.D.A basically stands for Public Display of Affection.
It is referred to situations when someone shows / does things displaying love towards someone , which are generally considered private.
It is generally referred in an indecent manner.

These are really common among teens and couples in their 20's. It's where a couple will (on a small level) hold hands, or even (on a bigger level) make out in public. Just imagine two people who can't keep their hands/eyes off of each other! Hope I helped!
