Ive always been very skinny n active person.But due to my addiction in an online game,i became homesick for 6mths...Eat,Play,Slp everyday..I didnt even realise i became FAT till my friends came to visit to me n they were all shock to c me grow FAT! cause in the past i always tried to put on fat by eating alot n drinking alot of milk but to no avail but now haiz.
My face became so bloated n fat now!!! n i suddenly got a tummy! but all my other parts of body remain the same as skinny.
Ive quitted playing games n seriously want back my life,for now,i had lost my self esteem n confidence n no face n courage to meet my friends or woo any girls anymore or even go out,Pls help me ,im really depress.I need to slim down as fast as possible,especially my face T__T

since its impossible to spot reduce body fat it just has to be overall fat loss
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast and omega or flax oil capsules.

Eat "healthy" foods and do moderate exercise for about 45 minutes. Moderate exercise will help you burn fat, while more intense exercise burns your glucose stores!

Watch what you eat, eat low cal. stuff and exercise...especially walking/running....
