One user hit the nail on the head when they said every fighter who steps in the ring has heart (some lose it after a couple of fights, some after a couple of losses). I think an easier question to answer would be make a list of boxers without any heart or who lost heart. Records don't reflect a fighters heart. Randall "Tex" Cobb had heart enough for 10 boxers, just watch the whoopin he takes from Larry Holmes and tell me that's not true. Every boxer listed by every user so far and I'm sure the ones listed by users after me will show examples of men who had or have heart. It's a requirement on the "BOXER'S RESUME".

whats up JON you're decrease back back guy! Marquez isn't a enjoyed ones call and that i think of the media are fed up approximately Marquez. He form of have a monotonous character which easily has helped in fairly because of the fact in spite of Mayweather and Pacquaio gets from media of being observed as cherry pickers or duckers, then that's barely top to call Marquez the comparable ingredient. fairly many boxers could be observed as the comparable ingredient. Marquez is everyday for extremely almost beating Pacquaio by utilising a focused determination yet he's unknown for a debatable win over Barrera. definite that's unfair, yet Marquez isn't a extensive enjoyed ones call so maximum human beings do no longer in all probability care a lot.

The thing that I would add to this thread is this: the one thing that made the Ali-Frazier fights so great was that each of those men had the heart of a lion. Neither one knew the meaning of the word "quit", they both laid terrible punishment on each other, especially in the 1st and 3rd fights, but neither man ever showed any sign at all of backing down.

Azumah Nelson! I just watched him and Salvador Sanchez go at it. Nelson took so many hard shots and kept coming to Sanchez. His face was swollen like he had a salad bowl stuck in his cheeck, he kept coming. He was wobbled to the point he could hardly stand, and he kept coming until he just couldn't take any more. The heart of a champion - Azumah Nelson!

I like everyone's list, but going back in time before most of you were watching boxing if you had seen Gene Fulmer he would be at the top of most lists.
