If you're open to receive it, the NT says it all. I know that sounds rather simplistic, but that's the final word from God in terms of Him speaking to humanity as a whole. Some people claim to hear His voice, but I think such people need to go to the dentist. Their fillings are picking up a radio station from somewhere.

There is no need for God to talk to us as he did in the Old Testament because he speaks to us through the pages of the Bible and we have the Bible in its complete entirety.(2 Timothy 3:16,17)

He does. But we live in a world which is so busy and vying for attention that few hear Him. He most often speaks in a very quiet voice to individuals.

You need not only ask Him to guide you...but you have to listen for Him to give direction.

He used to talk to the High Priest and the Prophets, those people who were anointed with the holy spirit.

Since Jesus is the high priest, we have to listen to him. There are plenty of people who have the gift of prophecy, as well as discernments and the word of knowledge.

Jesus followers hear his voice, as he said.

He doesn't use prophets to speak anymore because Jesus sent the holy spirit to let God speak directly to our hearts.

Because He has given us the Bible.
