it is possible to have love at first sight --- and i know its not lust (although i would need to be dead to not feel some lust) --- because i watched very careful to make sure it is more than lust --- and she feels the same way --- best wishes

It's totally possible to have a crush at first sight. I mean yeah it might be lust, but it probable is a crush.

I think that there could be a little of both. I mean, I would like to think that there is true love at first sight, but then that's just me - I have a soft spot for that kind of things. But realistically, it is really the looks of the other person that attracts you. My reasoning; who really loves an ugly person at first sight? But love doesn't really start until you go on a few dates and find out the person you're dating. That's why there are so many break-ups in dating and that no one finds their true love with just one date. So the person you're dating could be the hottest person alive, but if you have nothing in common and he or she turns out to be a total jerk or b**ch, looks won't have much of an impact anymore. Sooner or later you will probably find someone new.

in most cases it's lust. but i do believe there is love at first sight. like in my case i knew that my partner and i were gonna be together and 9years later we have been together for 3 years. if you see this person and you don't know what to say to them and your heart flutters and you think to yourself you'd die just to spend some time with them just talking about your dreams and life with them, and when you see them by suprise and you feel like you are gonna pass out, then you probably are falling inlove with them.
